First Football Game

And so it begins. Benjamin Paul Ocken, age 6, first Nebraska football game. NU vs. Kansas.

I am the first to admit we have said many times that a football game is an event that is expensive and long. Not something that I feel kids need to do until 8 or 10 or so. It's long and today it's cold (30 degrees). But, what do you do when there is an extra ticket, you don't want it to go to waste. And, Ben is really into it. We will see how it goes. I am planning on picking him up at half time. It will be cold out there at night.

Thank you Dad for the ticket. Ben is one very lucky little boy!
