Happy 4th of July!

OK Moms, isn't it great when you find a shirt (or any other piece of clothing) that your kid is just as excited about as you are! Well, I finally did it for my pickiest dresser, Ben.
Happy 4th of July....

Cameryn loved Daddy's jet ski. She is by far our bravest child,as she showed us by jumping right on to the jet ski and going for a ride with Uncle Ryan! Kind of fun for a change. She loved playing on Josh's jet ski, swimming in the water, playing in the sand and of course eating all the "goodies" on the beach.

Ben continues to love the beach. We could not pry him out of the water and off the sand. He spent hours pushing dump trucks all over the beach, loading and unloading sand. Digging in the sand with shovels and swimming.
He did NOT want any part of Josh's jet ski or Grandpa's boat. Josh insisted Ben at least ride each once, so he took him out crying all the way. But, as you will see in a later picture once he got on he was all smiles!

And, our Avery. She was the little boat rider this weekend. She jumped right up and on the boat any time Grandpa took it out. And, Grandma is teaching her the proper way to sun yourself on the front of the boat.
I was very proud of Avery as she went out on a tube ride with Uncle Ryan and cousin Kylee. They all had a blast and even came up laughing when they dumped! Thank goodness for life jackets and caring uncles. Thanks Ryan, I'm sure that was not as easy as you made it look to dump into the water a 4 and 5 year old!

He smiles as long as no one is looking.

Happy 4th of July from our little fire cracker, Miss America and our Bang Bang man.

It was 10:30p when we started fireworks, and in true form Avery and Benjamin were not into it.
Avery cried her way through a few and then Josh put her to bed. Ben managed to make it through about half of the fireworks until he went to bed.

But, our little Cameryn was totally into it! At each firework that Grandpa set off, she would say, "Oooo," and then clap. And, was right in there doing sparklers with cousins Kylee and Logan.

Thank you to Grandma Linda, Grandpa Dave and Aunt Sue for a wonderful holiday. As always we had a blast!
