Here they come....another run for ribbons tonight at track. They run three at a time and Ben is far left.
There he goes, running his little heart out! Big improvement from the first run, he ran hard the entire way, 100 m. We were very proud of the effort he put into it tonight, Go BEN!! 
We wised up this week...after Ben finished his race and was given his ribbon, Josh went over to congratulate him and offered to hold his ribbon while he finished up this other activities for the night. No tears over a lost ribbon this week, yea.
Ben loves to do a wind up to his run that looks like a cartoon character....
He comes out of track so excited, he had to show the girls how to do "starts"
