Cameryn visits Kindergarten

Waiting for the Kindergarten teachers to come in, so EXCITED!  We have been doing a count down all week long.
She got to go with Mrs. Gable (our favorite :)

The parents stay in the multi-purpose room while the principal tells us about Kindergarten. The kids get to go with the teachers to check out the classrooms and do fun activities.  When she returned, she was all smiles and said, "I had fun!"

This little one is so ready for school!  Thankfully, I still have 3 months to prepare myself.

First NASCAR Race

Grandpa explaining things to the boys, at their first race weekend, April 20th.
 The Sprint Cup Throphy.
Watching inspections, we got lucky and saw Gordon's car.
I want to thank my Dad for taking me and the boys.  It was cold, extremely windy but a wonderful weekend.  I have really grown to love this event and the time spent with my Dad.  I know that I treasure the weekends.

We had a great time, love the roar of the engines!!

2nd grade program & sleepover

Avery and Ben were both Army Ants in the 2nd grade program entitled,"Bugz."  It was a cute musical of bumblebees, ladybugs, fireflies, butterflies and ants, all going to pinic.

A challenge of being parents to twins....your seat will get you a good view of one kid but not both.  We struggled to see Ben this year.  Maybe next year buddy.
I could barely get one picture in before they were off again, they headed to their specials for the day.  Both kids had speaking parts and they nailed it!  We are very proud parents.  And, I still cannot get through a program without a few tears!

The Averys.

The first official sleepover.  Avery R came over before dinner.  We all went out to Noodles for dinner, then walked next door for some Cherry on Top.  Stopped on our way home and picked up Wreck it Ralph from Redbox.  Then home for the girls to work on their talent show performance.  So, far so good.

Bike riding baby

Cameryn learned to ride her bike today, at 5 1/2 years old.  We have worked with her on and off late last summer and fall, but one 60 degree day in March was all she needed.  Good job Cameryn, we are so proud!

No more training wheels for this house.  happy for her, sad we have no more babies.

ps. please turn your volume down.

The Best Snow Night Ever!!!!

I attended Cameryn's Gingebread party at school this afteroon. We read a book, built a gingerbread house, eat cookies and had hot chocolate.  I enjoyed having one on one time with my baby girl!

Then, we pulled Avery and Ben out of school just a few minutes early and took a family trip to Pioneers Park.  We had "the best snow night ever!" according to Ben.  We all agreed, it was a blast!

These ramps were a blast!  They are positioned perferctly over and above a huge hill, so that you could sled forever.  It was AWESOME!  And, yes, I was able to go a few times when I could peel a kid off a sled.
